Mine:
...OK...So this show leaved me big surprises until the end. I had never thought I could one day feel close to Katara! It seems that this episode will join "Bitter Work" and "The beach" on the list of the episodes who touched me the most.
Except the fact that this episode is running too fast and could have been done in 2 parts, I find it very well written. The animation isn't always great (mostly the begining, Zuko and Azula) but not the worse I saw on Avatar either.
Emotions...I think they are really great. But they needed more time to evolve in a realistic way.
And for the most important: shipping (

The sukka moment was priceless!
All in all, this is one of my fav episodes, even though everything is rushed. Oh well, it was most definatly worth it

RAWR! <33 [ that means I love you in dinosaur]
But HO MAN, WHAT were Sokka and Suki thinking they were doing??? I could not believe something like that would be on this show O_O I'm actually upset about that.

I always thought my favorite thing in the whole world was reading a good book, but it turns out my favorite thing in the world is writing a book. - Stephenie Meyer
Also, did he bend fire out of his mouth there?
All in all this episode was one of the WOW episodes. I Think this episode was very important for cleaning up this all Katara's mother and Firenation shit (sry
When Azula and Zuko faught, I just said OMG OMG OMG. That was so exiting.
I agree that the episode was running too fast and I just said ,,What? That's the end? I want more!!"
So,let's wait for 'The Ember Island Players' and than ... the Final 2-hour-episode! *YAY*

I felt Kataras desperate need for revenge was a little extreme. Or just a bit "I'm angry and out of control but I will come to my senses at the end of this episode"-obvious. But after once again having to separate from her father probably made a lot of impact on her. But seriously, listen to Aang dammit! He knows of what he speaks. (I really like how Sokka commented on that he was "pretty wise for a kid"). He needs more recognition!
Zutara ninja-duo = Total WIN.
Azula = is starting to lose it.
And Katara's bloodbending was creepy! Didn't think that after "The Puppetmaster" it would ever hold the same level of freaky-ness. But it did!
"Southern Raiders" also had a lot of knee-slapping LOL-moments. (Do I have to mention the SokkaxSuki love tent fail?)
I'll stop rambling now.
I still can't believe we're getting more Avatar in just a couple of hours.

Azula a bien changé depuis TBR, le ton de sa voix montre qu'elle commence à basculer dans la folie totale. Que du bon à venir...

We will never meet again, and it is breaking my heart
The Internet is for stalkers
I think Bryke have strayed from the character I used to love and made her into someone hateful. She has reason to hate, but the sudden show of it is, from a writer's standpoint, is way out of character for her. They are simply using her hate as an excuse to bring her and Zuko closer as comrades to prepare for the finale. (Yeah, I read the stupid book
I do have to say, bravo Bryke for the fight scenes. The brief one on that gondola was pitiful in TBR. It's nice to finally see some decent bending again.
And the whole Suki sneaking into Sokka's tent...

Also question, why is it that a nation who has been at war for the past 100 years has only 4 real masters, two of which are young teenagers, while everyone else is pathetically weak and incompetent? It would seem to me that the best fighters in the Firenation would be the ones who have been on the battlefield most of their lives(which is why Iroh is so good), not the ones who have bathed in luxury for most of theirs.
I realize that firebenders are limited both as the badguys, meaning they have the stormtrooper effect, and that massive third degree burns would bump up the ratings but still. Katara was throwing around all that water and what not and Zuko was doing enough to barely light a camp fire.
I still wasn't even that impressed by Zuko and Azula's fight. It would have been fine for early to mid second season. But at this point, I expect more than two people trading fireballs. I want to see more powerful firebending, at least somewhat of what it could actually do, and generally just more fire. I also want to see more speed involved in firebending, they create it with their minds so I see little reason for them to have to put everything they have into a physical thrust to send the flames foreward. The physical movements should serve as nothing more than guidance as with the other elements.
Of course I also see little reason other than ratings to not have firebenders just use other's body heat and just incinerate them on the spot. Once upon a time I would have said that that just didn't go with the theme of Avatar, it's a bit too realistic. Then they added bloodbending and frankly threw that rule out the window.
Also is Katara going to apologize to Sokka, cause that was a horrible thing to say.
Now don't get me wrong I liked the episode, it's just that these things are getting more annoying the closer we get to the end.

Still fuck Joe Quesada, but Twilight "vampires" have been given a name. This name is Twiggle, pass it on.
